West Memphis 3

In the West Memphis case Stevie Branch, Michael Moore, and Christopher Byers all eight years old were missing on May 5th, 1993, and where later found murderd. They were hogtied with shoelaces and thrown in the ditch and left for dead. and when they were found they were dead. three boys were convicted of the murders. Thier names where Jason Baldwin who is 16 years old, Jesse MissKeller, jr. 17 years old and Damien Echols 18 years old who all where arrsted for the murder.evidence was foun that they did it. Clothes where found in the creek and abuse was shown on thier bodies witch where naked. One of the young boys was abused more than the other two boys that where dead also. The U.S justice system says all justice should be served. Echoles was sentenced to death while the other to did not and instead recieved life imprisonment. i think that justice was and wasnt served because i think that the other to should of go the death penalty two just because the were invololed as much as the other guy was.
